Ryan Donohue is the Chief Advocacy Officer at Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King & Kittitas Counties. He brings 19 years of advocacy and political experience to the affordable homeownership policy space, helping to bring creative problem-solving to addressing the affordable housing crisis facing our communities. Previously, after a year with the organization as an AmeriCorps VISTA in 2010, Mike was hired as staff to support Frameworks’ Lending and Capacity Building division with a variety of outreach functions, loan and organizational underwriting, and advocacy and messaging around homeownership. Susan Romei is a Residential Loan Officer with Banner Bank. She has been helping clients finance their dream of homeownership since 1986. She is well-versed in a full range of financing options and specializes in helping first-time homebuyers navigate the loan programs available to them. She also teaches homebuyer education classes in partnership with the Washington State Housing Finance Commission. She and her husband have been long time residents of the Puget Sound area, where they enjoy snowmobiling and river rafting near Leavenworth, Washington.
